To declare that the United States holds in trust for the Cocopah Indian Tribe of Arizona certain land in Yuma County, Arizona.

Pocket veto occurred after the 2nd session of the 98th Congress adjourned sine die on October 12, 1984. The bill was presented to the President on October 19, 1984 (130 Cong. Rec. 32345). A Presidential message was received by Congress on November 14, 1985 (130 Cong. Rec. 32350).
