To compensate the Gros Ventre and Assiniboine Tribe of the Fort Belknap Indian Community for irrigation construction expenditures.

Pocket veto occurred after the 2nd session of the 98th Congress adjourned sine die on October 12, 1984. The bill was presented to the President on October 5, 1984 (130 Cong. Rec. 30563). A Presidential message was received by Congress on January 22, 1985 (131 Cong. Rec. 732).
