To amend the act of October 31, 1949, with respect to payment to Bernalillo County, New Mexico, for furnishing hospital care for certain Indians.

Pocket veto occurred in the 2nd session of the 86th Congress during a recess from July 3, 1960 until August 8, 1960. The bill was presented to the President on July 7, 1960 (106 Cong. Rec. 15843 and 15846).
