Authorizing and directing the Secretary of the Interior to issue to Winnie Left Her Behind, a patent in fee to certain land.

Pocket veto occurred after the 2nd session of the 78th Congress had adjourned sine die on December 19, 1944. The bill was presented to the President on December 18, 1944 (90 Cong. Rec. 9676; see also 90 Cong. Rec. 9780).
