Authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to pay salaries and expenses of the chairman, secretary and interpreter of the Menominee General Council, members of the Advisory Council; and official delegates of the Menominee Tribe.

Pocket veto occurred after the 1st session of the 76th Congress had adjourned sine die on August 5, 1939. The bill was presented to the President on August 5, 1939 (84 Cong. Rec. 11219; see also 84 Cong. Rec. 11223).
