To provide for the payment of attorney's fees from Osage tribal funds.

Pocket veto occurred after the 1st session of the 76th Congress had adjourned sine die on August 5, 1939. The bill was presented to the President on August 7, 1939 (84 Cong. Rec. 11220; see also 84 Cong. Rec. 11227).
