To amend an act entitled “An act authorizing the attorney general of the State of California to bring suit in the Court of Claims on behalf of the Indians of California,” approved May 18, 1928.

Pocket veto occurred after the 2nd session of the 74th Congress had adjourned sine die on June 20, 1936. The bill was presented to the President on June 20, 1936 (80 Cong. Rec. 10549; see also 80 Cong. Rec. 10561).
