To provide funds for cooperation with the public school board at Devils Lake, North Dakota, in the construction, extension, and betterment of the high school building at Devils Lake, North Dakota, to be available to Indian children.

Pocket veto occurred after the 1st session of the 74th Congress had adjourned sine die on August 26, 1935. The bill was presented to the President on August 23, 1935 (79 Cong. Rec. 14420; see also 79 Cong. Rec. 14751).
