1197 H.R. 5864 (Seventy-third Congress, Second Session — F. Roosevelt)

To authorize the payment of expenses of delegates of the Yakima Confederated Tribes of Indians while on a mission to represent such tribes before Congress and the executive departments at the seat of government, and for other purposes.

Pocket veto occurred after the 2nd session of the 73rd Congress had adjourned sine die on June 18, 1934. The bill was presented to the President on June 16, 1934 (78 Cong. Rec. 12258; see also 78 Cong. Rec. 12456).
