To survey and allot the lands embraced within the limits of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation, in the State of Montana, and to open the surplus lands to settlement.

Vetoed June 29, 1906. The veto message was laid before the House and referred to the Committee on Indian Affairs (40 Cong. Rec. 9740).

Veto unchallenged.
